SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
We keep stock at KATO Group's local warehouse at Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Every product has a stock label indicating if a product is in stock and ready for shipment or not. Orders will be shipped with DHL (who gives them to Parcelforce Worldwide, once they arrive in the UK) , and normally take 2-3 days to arrive. Unfortunately there is no Next Day Service available at this moment.

Shipping will normally take 3-5 days, but may take up to 14 days! The costs depend on the order value and is automatically recalculated when you add items to the shopping cart.
PRICES AND VAT
Prices listed on our website are in British Pounds and include VAT. Customers from the Channel Islands do not pay VAT at EdenWebshops.co.uk but will normally have to pay local VAT at delivery of the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
14 -Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with all EdenWebshops merchandise. You can always cancel your order at any time for a full refund within 14 days of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Only unused items in original packaging may be returned for a full refund.
In order to return goods please always contact us first at email@example.com
so we can send you the packing and shipping instructions. We will always credit you the same way you paid us (ie credit card or wire transfer).
You will receive the credit within 14 days after we received the return shipment.
: The 14-day money back guarantee does not apply to products that have been used and/or are damaged.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
All items on our website come with a minimum of 2 years guarantee, even though the manufacturer limits this guarantee to 1 year. We say minimum because there are several brands with a longer period of guarantee (e.g. Fenix, Eden Quality). For products that are bought with us, we will pay for shipping to us and back to you.

KATO Group B.V. uses the latest encryption technology to keep your credit card information safe. Herefor we rely on welknown companies such as SaferPay. We do not keep any of your credit card information with us.
When making a purchase at EdenWebshops.co.uk, you can choose to submit your credit card information in a secure mode using SSL encryption -- the internet standard for secure transactions.
Your order information and purchase history are further protected by a password you choose. If you forget your password, we will send your password to the email address listed in your edenwebshops.co.uk account.
At edenwebshops.co.uk, we know that your privacy is important to you. It's important to us, too. That's why we want you to know about the personal information we collect, how we use that information. KATO Group B.V. does not share customer information with third parties other than partners that are involved in the handling of your order.
Knives (both chef's knives and outdoor knives) are only for sale to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order and accepting our terms & conditions you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. We may ask you to provide us with proof of identification before we ship your order.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT RECYCLING
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
KATO Group B.V. operates a like-for-like take back scheme. If you're buying a new electrical item from us, we will recycle your old one for free. If you would like us to recycle your WEEE items, please return them to us by shipping them to the address below.

Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
