By the way it works on lots of other knives too! We use it on other knives that have been long left bluntish/semi-sharp, and now they can happily stay sharp. Much much better than a sharpening steel. Quick to bring the edge back too.
I give it a 10 because it works on many knives (not just this range), and does so very efficiently and quickly. Though they don't all continue hold such an edge for as long as this range.
Price vs quality, well I haven't even seen a ceramic sharpener before, so it wins hear, and it's better than a steel which I have used before and found to be pretty inefficient. Totally met my expectation. I was hoping it would be as easy to use as the video showed it to be and it is. After a while you don't really have to think about it. |

This is a must if you have knives made out of harder steel as a normal chefs steel would ruin the edge. Works as expected and does the job although if you work in a professional kitchen it will wear out relative fast. But it is very good quality for the price. |
